Colors?, they make my world beautiful, they make me happy and gay. They are not only present in my world but in yours too. We see them in the rainbows, in the streets, in our school, in the public utility jeepneys and everywhere.
A color may also mean something that someone possesses, I mean, that someone’s attitude or behavior.
Different colors have different meanings. Below are some of the colors that have corresponding denotations.
Red- symbolizes strong emotions, or things of strong emotions rather than intellectual ideas, excitement, energy, speed, strength, danger, passion, and aggression
Orange- can represent energy, balance, warmth, enthusiasm, flamboyant, and demanding of attention.
Yellow- symbolize joy, happiness, optimism, idealism, gold, dishonesty, cowardice, deceit, illness, and hazard
Green- nature, the environment, good luck, youth, vigor, jealousy, envy, and misfortune.
Blue- symbolize peace, calm, stability, security, loyalty, sky, water, cold, technology, and depression.
Pink- color of good health and life; is symbolic of pure love
Black- Black can also represent ideas such as power, sexuality, sophistication, formality, wealth, mystery, fear, evil, unhappiness, depth, style, sadness, remorse, anger, and mourning
White- is a sacred and pure color; represent reverence, purity, simplicity, peach, humility, youth, winter, snow, good, cold, clinical, and sterile
